Make your own holiday tamales from scratch. Receive step by step instruction from author Florencia Ramirez of the newly released book, EAT LESS WATER (ELW). In this 2.5 hour class, learn to make your own non-GMO, non-lard, masa. You will be provided with organic ingredients to make and take one dozen Swiss Chard, Kale and Cheese* Tamales, a recipe from ELW book. Tamale dinner will be served at 7:30. * If you prefer vegan cheese bring your favorite for the dozen you take home. I will provide organic Monterey Jack. The cooking class will be held at the gorgeous Farm & Flame commercial kitchen in Westlake Village, California.
